postpartum doula services
Grounded support for the early days and nights of parenthood.
The postpartum season is tender, beautiful, demanding, and full of change. You deserve support that helps you feel cared for, informed, and less alone as you recover, bond with your baby, and adjust to life after birth.
Postpartum doula care through Bliss Body Collective offers calm, compassionate support for families in the early weeks and months after welcoming a baby.
Whether you are looking for daytime support, overnight care, newborn guidance, feeding support, rest, emotional support, or help around the home, I would be honored to support your family.
You were never meant to do this alone. So much attention is placed on preparing for birth, but the weeks after birth matter deeply, too.
Postpartum support is not about having all the answers or doing everything perfectly. It is about being held while you learn, recover, adjust, and care for your baby.
My role is to offer steady, nonjudgmental support so you can feel more grounded in the day-to-day moments of early parenthood.
What Is a Postpartum Doula?
A postpartum doula provides practical, emotional, and informational support after birth.
This may include newborn care, feeding support, parent recovery support, light household help, emotional check-ins, sibling support, and guidance as your family settles into a new rhythm.
A postpartum doula does not replace your medical provider, lactation consultant, therapist, or pediatrician. Instead, doula care offers an extra layer of support — someone to walk alongside you, help you feel more confident, and care for the whole family during a major life transition.
Daytime & Overnight Support
Postpartum support can look different depending on your family’s needs, your baby’s rhythm, and the kind of care that would feel most helpful.
Daytime Postpartum Support
Starting at $45/hour
Booked in 4-hour visits
Daytime visits are designed to offer hands-on support while your household is awake and moving through the day. These visits may include newborn care, feeding support, emotional check-ins, light household help, baby-related organization, sibling support, and time for you to rest, shower, eat, or take a quiet moment for yourself.
Daytime care is especially helpful for families who want support settling into daily rhythms, building confidence with newborn care, and feeling less alone during the early weeks at home.
Larger packages include a reduced hourly rate as a thank-you for booking a more consistent support container.
Overnight Postpartum Support
Starting at $55/hour
Booked in 8–12 hour shifts
Overnight support is designed to help your family get more rest while your baby is cared for during the night. These visits may include soothing, diapering, bottle feeding, bringing baby to you for feeds, settling baby back to sleep, washing bottles or pump parts, and supporting a calmer overnight rhythm.
Overnight care is especially helpful for families who need more sleep, are recovering from birth, are navigating feeding routines, or want steady support during the most exhausting hours of the day.
Larger packages include a reduced hourly rate as a thank-you for booking a more consistent support container.

Not Sure Which Option Is Right For You?That is completely okay. You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out.

How It Works
1. Choose Your Support Package
Select the postpartum doula package that feels most supportive for your family. You are welcome to book care during pregnancy or after your baby is here.
If you are unsure which option is right for you, you are always welcome to book a free consultation first.
2. Receive Your Welcome Email
After purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email with your intake form, documents to review and sign, and a private calendar link for scheduling.
If baby hasn’t arrived yet, the intake form will include space to share your estimated due date, postpartum hopes, family preferences, and support needs.
3. Complete Your Intake Forms & Documents
Your intake form helps me learn more about your family, your preferences, your baby or expected arrival, and the kind of support you are hoping for.
4. Schedule Your Visits
Using the private calendar link, you will be able to schedule your postpartum doula visits based on your package, your needs, and current availability. You do not need to schedule all of your visits at the time of purchase.
Some families like to place a few visits on the calendar ahead of time, while others prefer to wait until baby arrives and schedule support as their needs become clearer.
Daytime visits are scheduled in 4-hour blocks. Overnight care is scheduled in longer shifts.
5. Receive Support
Each visit is shaped around what would feel most supportive that day — whether that is newborn care, feeding support, rest, emotional support, light household help, overnight care, or a combination of support.
6. Adjust As Needed
Postpartum changes week by week. As your needs shift, our support can shift with it.
My ApproachMy approach to postpartum care is calm, compassionate, practical, and deeply respectful of your family’s needs.
I believe support should feel grounding, not overwhelming. I do not arrive with judgment or a one-size-fits-all plan. I arrive ready to listen, help, care, and support the rhythm that works best for your family.
At the heart of my work is the belief that postpartum families deserve more care, more rest, and more support than our culture often provides.
Meet Mara
Hi, I’m Mara.
As a postpartum doula, yoga teacher, infant care specialist, and mother, I feel deeply honored to support families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early stages of parenthood.
Long before becoming a yoga teacher, I spent years working closely with infants and families. Today, I weave that experience together with postpartum doula training, prenatal and postpartum yoga, and nervous system-informed care to offer grounded, compassionate support during one of life’s most tender transitions.
My hope is that you feel more cared for, more confident, and less alone as you move through the early days of parenthood.

Overnight support may be booked based on how much rest and nighttime care your family is hoping for. Larger packages are designed to be more cost-effective.
