PrivatePrivate prenatal and postpartum in-home yoga sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Whether you are preparing for birth, navigating the changes of pregnancy, returning to movement postpartum, or simply looking for individualized support, these sessions offer a grounded space to move, breathe, ask questions, and reconnect with your body.
Personalized movement support through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Support for Your Changing BodY
Pregnancy and postpartum are seasons of continual change.
What feels supportive one week may feel different the next, and your practice deserves to change with you.
In private sessions, we move at your pace and tailor each practice to your current needs. Sessions may include movement, breathwork, modifications, education, nervous system support, and space to talk through what you are experiencing in your body.
This is not about doing yoga perfectly.
It is about feeling more supported, informed, and connected as you move through this season.

Meet Mara
Hi, I’m Mara!
As a postpartum doula, yoga teacher, infant care specialist, and mother, I feel deeply honored to support families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early stages of parenthood.
Long before becoming a yoga teacher, I spent years working closely with infants and families. Today, I weave that experience together with specialized training in prenatal and postpartum yoga to offer compassionate, grounded support during one of life’s most transformative seasons.
At the heart of my work is the belief that no one should have to navigate pregnancy and postpartum alone.

A single session can be a great place to start if you have a specific question, want help modifying your practice, or simply want to experience private prenatal or postpartum yoga before committing to more.
A 3-session package is ideal if you want more consistent support over a few weeks. This gives us time to build on what we explore, revisit your changing needs, and create a practice that feels more personalized.
A 5-session package offers deeper ongoing support through pregnancy, postpartum, or the transition into parenthood. This can be especially helpful if you are preparing for birth, navigating discomfort, returning to movement postpartum, or wanting steady care over time.
If you are unsure, you are welcome to begin with a single session or reach out first so we can decide what feels most supportive.
