Reiki
Gentle energetic support for rest, balance, and nervous system care.
Reiki is a gentle, restorative practice that supports relaxation, grounding, and energetic balance.
Through light touch, sound, or other restorative practices, Reiki offers a quiet space to slow down, soften, and receive care. Sessions are peaceful, fully clothed, and designed to support the body’s natural capacity for rest and regulation.
Whether you are moving through stress, transition, pregnancy, postpartum, grief, burnout, or simply feeling called to pause, Reiki can offer a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself.
What Is Reiki?Reiki is an energy healing practice rooted in the belief that the body, mind, and spirit are deeply connected.
During a session, the practitioner gently places their hands on or above different areas of the body to support relaxation and energetic flow. Many people experience Reiki as calming, grounding, warm, or deeply restful.
You do not need any previous experience with Reiki to receive it. There is nothing you need to do, perform, or figure out. You are simply invited to rest and receive.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical care, therapy, or mental health support, but it can be a beautiful complement to other forms of care.
What To Expect In A Session
A Reiki session begins with a short check-in so I can learn how you are feeling and what kind of support you are hoping for.
From there, you will rest comfortably on a massage table or supportive surface, fully clothed. You are welcome to use blankets, bolsters, pillows, or any props that help you feel comfortable.
During the session, I will move through a series of hand placements either lightly on the body or hovering above the body, depending on your comfort level. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or simply quiet rest. Every experience is different.
After the session, we will take a few moments to slowly transition back, reflect if desired, and discuss any supportive next steps.
Reiki May Be Supportive If You Are…
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally tender
Moving through a season of transition
Seeking deeper rest and nervous system support
Feeling disconnected from your body or intuition
Experiencing burnout or depletion
Pregnant or postpartum and craving gentle care
Navigating grief, change, or uncertainty
Wanting a quiet space to pause and receive support
Looking for a restorative complement to yoga, therapy, bodywork, or other healing practices
My ApproachMy approach to Reiki is calm, grounded, and deeply respectful.
I believe healing spaces should feel safe, warm, and unhurried. You will never be asked to force an experience, explain more than you want to, or receive touch that does not feel comfortable.
Each session is shaped around your needs, your boundaries, and the kind of support that feels most nourishing that day.
Reiki through Bliss Body Collective is not about fixing you. It is about creating space for rest, reconnection, and the quiet wisdom already within you.
Not Sure Where To Begin?
You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before booking.
If you feel drawn to Reiki but are unsure whether it is the right fit, you are welcome to reach out with questions. Together, we can decide whether a single session, package, or blended Reiki and restorative yoga session would feel most supportive.
